Force of Nature

Force of Nature is the concept of bringing together and maximising the benefits of all our 'health' options focused to one aim - improving our health.  By combining these, we can benefit from the simple process of basic Foot Health Care to ensure our feet 'will keep us going longer'; to relaxing and slowing down from the busy rat race with Reflexology; to looking deeper into 'what the body is trying to tell us' and using Optimum Health Balance to deal with these triggers.

Foot Health Care

Our feet take the strain of every day!  If our feet feel rotten, then so do we!

As a Foot Health Professional I treat anything from cutting toe nails and/or finger nails, treating ingrown toe nails, corns, verrucae and hard skin, to advice on athletes foot and fungal nail infections.
